ROYAL BOOTY is an exquisite Colombian from Finca Palmichal producers. Roasted to a medium or medium-dark with perfection, with each sip, you can immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of nougat sweetness, vibrant nectarine acidity, delicate rose aromas, and fruity hints of apricot, all harmonized by a refreshing lemongrass finish.
SCARLET RAID is a Bolivian Peaberry which we meticulously craft at a light/medium roast in order to bring out the nuanced tasting notes of floral, black cherry, and sugarcane.
QUEEN OF THE CARIBBEAN is an organic which has been carefully cultivated in the lush regions of Lempira, Ocotepeque, Intibucá, Copán, La Paz, El Paraíso, and Comayagua. Our medium roast Honduras Gea SHG EP Organic offers a harmonious blend of cacao nibs, maple sweetness, honey undertones, and the subtle essence of raisins. Every cup is a celebration of the diverse terroir and meticulous organic farming practices that define our coffee.
MIGHTY TEMPEST—a roast as bold as its name. Meticulously crafted from organic, fair trade, washed beans grown in the highlands of César, La Guajira, and Magdalena, Colombia. At 1200–1500 meters above sea level with tasting notes of toasted vanilla, caramel, and apple butter, this brew strikes a perfect balance between comforting warmth and refined complexity. Available in both medium and dark roast.
BLACK FLAG offers tantalizing notes of chocolate, stone fruit, and caramel cream. Our Black Flag is a dark roast which owes its exceptional character to its Costa Rican heritage. The beans are sourced from the lush terrains of La Capilla, Tarrazú, nestled in the heart of San José, Costa Rica.
Each bag is 12 oz. (unless stated otherwise)
