QUEEN ANNE'S REVENGE is a single-origin light/medium roast from the Western Province of Rwanda. This coffee boasts a delicate flavor profile with tasting notes of ripe blackberry, blueberry, and with a delicate brightness to top it off.
SCARLET RAID is a Bolivian Peaberry which we meticulously craft at a light/medium roast in order to bring out the nuanced tasting notes of floral, black cherry, and sugarcane.
KRAKEN is our single-origin medium roast from Yemen. Yemen is renowned for its uniqueness and exceptional flavor profile, making it truly special among coffee enthusiasts worldwide. The result is an exquisite cup with distinct notes of spiciness with rich chocolate undertones.
SIREN SONG is a single-origin roast from Chiapas, Mexico. This coffee boasts delicious tasting notes of cinnamon and snickerdoodle, with a rich, full-bodied flavor that is sure to impress. At Pirates and Pearls, we roast Siren Song to a medium or medium/dark.
BLACK FLAG offers tantalizing notes of chocolate, stone fruit, and caramel cream. Our Black Flag is a dark roast which owes its exceptional character to its Costa Rican heritage. The beans are sourced from the lush terrains of La Capilla, Tarrazú, nestled in the heart of San José, Costa Rica.
